Return Policy

Items purchased from Premier K9 and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt or invoice is eligible for Store Credit or exchange. No credits or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in the original box and include packaging, manuals, and accessories. A restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged on returned items. Items that have been installed, used or altered cannot be returned. Must be packed and returned in resalable condition for any credit to apply. Original shipping cost to customer will not be refunded.

Non-defective items must be in brand new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We cannot accept returns of opened items (unless defective) or any items returned more than 30 days after shipment. Defective items are covered under the particular manufacturer’s warranty and we request that you please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement of defective products.

Tax, Duty & Tariff Policy

Premier K9 does not collect or pay any tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees outside of the state of Oregon. This is a mail-order transaction and the purchaser is solely responsible for the requirements of their local government.

Premier K9 is not responsible for changes or inaccuracies of the vehicle wire location or wire color. These factors are beyond our control. We have put great effort into providing the proper information to our customers. By gathering information from the vehicle manufacturers, testing vehicles at our location and feedback from installers around the country.
